Our Claims Service

We provide a premium claims service in the Underwriting Agency space that is supported by the following:

We have an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) for claims handling and settling
We have onshore Delegated Authority (DA) to handle and settle claims, which provides a quicker turnaround time and local time zone point of contact
We can build and manage an online claims portal for Group Personal Accident accounts, which provides data analysis to help identify trends and risks
We can meet and discuss strategy and claims review in person with our Brokers and Insureds

Our local claims team is able to handle any claim Australia wide and has first-hand knowledge of risks, business practices, legal and regulatory issues.

Our dedicated claims officers are specialists in handling claims in their line of business, including Public Liability, Fire and Property and Personal Accident Lines.
